Emo kids do love sneakers. If it's about emo shoes than there are 2 different types of emos. Emos separate each other by Converse-emos and Vans-emos. The Converse-emos are diehard Converse fans. They have a whole Converse collection in several collors and forms. But their favorite is the basic black hi-top Converse All-stars shoe (which was originally a basketball shoe). The Vans-emos ofcourse do always like to wear Vans shoes. Vans are skateboard shoes and thats why a lot of emos do like them. The clasic checkered slip on Vans shoes are very popular by emos.

-SHOE DOODLES

To make your shoes really emo than you have to doodle on your shoes. Why should you keep the front of your all-stars white if you have a pen in your hand? Emos do like to draw and write things on their shoes. This can be as rondom as possible. Write your favorite song lyrics or the names of your favorite bands on your shoes. Draw unicorns or kittens, depending on what you like to have on your shoes.

-EMO SHOELACE CODE

Something many emos don't know is that there is also an emo shoelace code. This was made known by the Polish emo girl named Evelyn Core. By wearing the right combination of different colors shoelaces you can tell other people who you are. You also can wear 2 different colored shoes:

Black & Pink

Wearing black laces combinated with pink laces means Emo, because thats the oficial color combination of emo (Click here to read more).

Black & white

You also can wear black laces combinated with white laces. White is the alternative for the pink laces. This color combination also means emo.

Pink & green

Wearing pink laces combinated with green laces means you're an vegaterian emo. Pink stands for emo and green stand for vegaterian.
